Registration, Personal Data

The Administrator of personal data provided by the user is Beata Tyszkiewicz Krupska and Piotr Tyszkiewicz, leading together: "BPT" BIS sc Athletic and Managerial Services, Dorotowo 3E, 11-034 Stawiguda (hereinafter referred to as FI).

FI declares that, in collecting and processing personal data, it complies with generally applicable laws, including the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data.

The registration form should be given such information as you name, e-mail address, password, year of birth, club, league, height, weight, position on the pitch, the dominant leg. The form should also indicate whether, in accordance with the currently valid Act on Protection of Personal Data agrees to the processing of your personal data for purposes of the portal FI. Moreover, the user must make a declaration of transfer FI image rights for the purpose of the presentation of the site.

By completing and submitting the registration form via Internet, the user:

-accepts all the provisions of our Rules of Procedure ,

- consents to the collection and processing by the FI in the form of data in so far as is necessary to use our services,

- confirms the authenticity of the data contained in the registration form,

-agrees to receive indicated on the registration form an e-mail messages and promotional information, commercial and sent by the FI, in his own behalf or on behalf of other entities.

In the case of action that is inconsistent with the Rules Service Administrator has the right to delete the user`s account.

The user has the right to edit data, and to demand its removal.

All videos sent by the user to the Website may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, can be viewed by other users and may become widely available to the player`s profile presentation.
